ThredUp

This gem of a building had been divided into small rooms that blocked access to its beautiful historic windows. We opened up the floor plan to allow natural light to flow into the core of the building. We worked with the building owner, the tenant, ThredUp, and interior designers at Noma Design to create a stunning office environment.

During construction, we uncovered and restored the original hardwood floors, staircase, and historic entry tile. We then added a hangout worthy kitchen, high tech conference rooms, and a striking central patio, along with upgraded lighting, HVAC, fire alarm, sprinklers, and roofing. CreekDev managed the construction and led all communication with the City throughout the historic permit review process.
