About us
Creek Development is a commercial design and construction management company. We specialize in highly technical rehabs, with quick turnarounds and streamlined management. We are a full-service shop with in-house design and permit expediting.
Based in sunny Oakland, CA, we work with a tight-knit group of vendors and a growing roster of community stakeholders to build vibrant spaces to meet and make things happen. We have deep ties to the Town, and are committed to developing 20% of our work at reduced rates for local nonprofits.
