PYKA

For this manufacturing warehouse + office space we built out a mezzanine overlooking the workspace, added an ADA restroom, revamped the restroom core, and helped with furnishings. On the mezzanine level we refurbished the existing vintage kitchenette and upcycled steel windows to let light flow through the conference room and kitchenette. PYKA is a pilotless airplane manufacturer.
