Blue Bottle Offices

This turnkey remodel for Blue Bottle included structural upgrades to the building, new kitchens, updated HVAC systems, and the restoration of the original wood entry stairs. We opened up the floor plan around the central stair and skylight to enhance natural light and flow, and positioned conference rooms along the perimeter to showcase the incredible historic windows. New flooring, lighting, and paint were added throughout to further brighten the space.
