Blue Bottle Offices

This turnkey remodel included structural upgrades to the building, new kitchens, HVAC systems, and restoration of the wood entry stairs. We opened the floor plan around the central stair and skylight, and created conference rooms on the perimeter to take advantage of the incredible historic windows. New flooring, lighting, and painting were also added to brighten the space.
