Promise

This project was a fast-turnaround, tight-budget refresh for Promise, a nonprofit organization moving into a new space. The renovation included new flooring and lighting, the construction of two glass walled meeting rooms and two small phone rooms, and adjustments to the HVAC and sprinkler systems to accommodate the new layout. We also sourced and provided all new desks, soft seating, conference furniture, and plants, creating a functional and inviting workplace. The entire project was completed in just four weeks, with a total cost of $21/SF, allowing Promise to move in and start operations immediately.
