Facade Restoration

CreekDev has worked on several historic facade restorations including the Delger Block on 10th and Broadway, and both the Henry House and the Gladstone Building on 9th Street in Old Oakland. These are large-scale restorations that include bringing together rot repair crews, color specialists, painters, waterproofers, and other specialists in ornate gold-leaf and hand-carved details. The results can change the feel of an entire neighborhood.
