College Track

Located in Old Oakland, College Track supports students with limited resources as they chart a path to college. CreekDev partnered closely with both the building owner and College Track to thoughtfully renovate this beautiful three story historic building.

Our team led the project from concept to completion, including space planning and custom tile design. We also redesigned and rebuilt the historic entry staircase, created a new outdoor patio and sourced all furniture and artwork throughout the building, creating a cohesive, welcoming environment that supports College Track’s mission.
