RYSE Commons

RYSE is a revolutionary youth-lead social justice and healing facility in Richmond, CA. We vastly expanded their campus by building a ground up 12,000 SF center, rehabbing their legacy building, and building a new health clinic. We worked with the capital campaign manager on early budgeting, hired a great team of architects, engineers, and builders, handled entitlements and permit expediting, and are now managing construction.
