RYSE is a revolutionary, youth-led social justice and healing organization based in Richmond, Ca. CreekDev partnered with RYSE to significantly expand their campus, including the ground-up construction of a new 12,000-square-foot center, the rehabilitation of their legacy building, and the development of a new on-site health clinic.

Our team supported the project from its earliest stages, collaborating with the capital campaign manager on initial budgeting, assembling a strong team of architects, engineers, and builders, and guiding the project through entitlements, permit expediting and construction management.
