Lyft HQ

Lyft HQ began as a landlord spec project, where we restored the charm of a classic mid-century office building and upgraded its building systems while prospective tenants toured the space. We brought back the original ceiling heights and reopened the iconic stair atrium to highlight the building’s architectural character.

After the lease was finalized, we introduced bold color to complete the interiors. And, as with many of our projects, we planted a number of trees around the building to help bring new life and vibrancy to the entire block.
