Lyft HQ

Lyft HQ started as a landlord spec project. We restored the charm of this classic mid-century office building and updated building systems while potential tenants were touring. 

We recaptured the original ceiling heights and opened the classic stair atrium. Once a lease was signed, we came in with bold color to finish out the space. Like most of our projects, we planted tons of trees around the perimeter of the building to bring the whole block to life.
