Mutual Lofts

This development transformed the landmark Mutual Creamery industrial building into 59 live/work lofts, navigating a range of complex, value add development components along the way. The project included a five-parcel lot split, a commercial condominium conversion, and enrollment in the Mills Act to secure historic preservation tax benefits. We also implemented a shared solar system designed to serve both the common areas and individual lofts, enhancing long-term sustainability and value.
