Mutual Lofts

This development converted the landmark Mutual Creamery industrial building into 59 live/work lofts and involved many complicated value-add development components along the way. We did a 5-parcel lot split, commercial condo conversion, Mills Act registry for historic tax advantages, and set up solar to be shared between common areas and lofts.
