COLLEGE TRACK

Located in Old Oakland, College Track supports students with limited resources and helps chart their course to college. CreekDev partnered with both the building owner and College Track to renovate this beautiful historic building.

We handled everything from the new space layout, tile design to refinished floors and paint colors. We redesigned and rebuilt the historical entry staircase and also sourced and supplied all furniture and art throughout the space.
