Air Protein

Located in San Leandro, Air Protein is a food-tech startup focusing on carbon capture who’s mission is to create air-based protein that doesn’t rely on traditional agriculture or farmland.

We designed and built a new lab and office space featuring a custom freestanding mezzanine. Our scope included securing all lab-specific building permits, integrating specialized equipment, and providing light interior design and plantscaping — delivering a fully turnkey space.
